For support, email socialreminderinfo@gmail.com. Include the browser, device, action and visible error, using the fictional sample where possible. Do not send private project files or sensitive source material.
Back up first
Export and verify a complete checkpoint before troubleshooting or clearing storage. Write the decision in plain language and retain the original source separately so the index can be audited against something outside the browser project.
Describe the problem
Provide non-sensitive reproduction steps and say whether the same problem occurs with the fictional sample. Review the result as a retrieval aid rather than a conclusion. Human-authored fields must remain visibly distinct from exact source-derived text.
Response expectations
No guaranteed response time is promised. Paid support and service commitments are not part of this free release. Carry the limitation into the frozen edition and passive handoff so a recipient can understand what was checked, what was not checked, and what remains their responsibility.
