Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from the link in your receipt email. Access is recorded in this browser, not in an account: keep your access code and your receipt email. Already subscribed in another browser? Restore access.
What a purchase sends, and to whom
The workroom does not upload your transcript, passage or media content. You control any exported copies you share. Plan loading, checkout, access restoration and periodic entitlement checks use the network: the page loads RevenueCat's Web Billing code and Stripe's card fields, and your card details go directly to Stripe. RevenueCat records that an anonymous identifier holds a subscription; Stripe records the payment and your email address for the receipt. Neither of them receives transcript text, passages, topic records or local media, because the workroom does not send project records to billing providers.
After a purchase this browser keeps one small record: whether the subscription is active, and when that was last confirmed. It is re-checked at most once every twelve hours while you are online, and it keeps working offline for thirty days between checks.
Refunds and support
Email socialreminderinfo@gmail.com within 14 days of a first purchase, or within 7 days of a renewal, and it will be refunded. Write from the address you paid with and include your access code. The full wording is in the refund policy.
