Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from the link in your receipt email. Access is recorded in this browser, not in an account: keep your access code and your receipt email. Already subscribed in another browser? Restore access.
Privacy and refunds
A purchase sends your card details to Stripe and an anonymous subscription record to RevenueCat, and no transcript text, passage, topic record or media file is ever sent to either of them (how local data works).
Email socialreminderinfo@gmail.com within 14 days of a first purchase, or within 7 days of a renewal, and it will be refunded. The full wording is in the refund policy.
Premium is re-checked at most once every twelve hours while you are online, and cached access keeps working offline for thirty days between checks.
